Welcome to Hanover Little League Softball - 2024 Spring Season!

My name is Tom Boyd, and I am the VP of HTLL Softball. Thank you for registering your daughter. We are looking forward to a great season. As we start the process of forming teams, I wanted to provide you with some general information for this upcoming season.

Key Calendar Dates:

• Week of Feb 20th - If evaluations are needed, they will be held this week. 
  • Evaluations are for balanced team formation only.
  • You will be notified if your daughter needs to attend.
  • There will be no evaluations for the Tee Ball and Farm Divisions.
• March 4th (Week of) - Anticipated announcement of teams
• April 20th - Opening Day (Games may start before)
• June 8th - Anticipated end of season

Role of the Player Agent:

We have in our process a board member who is the player agent. The player agent is the player’s champion and has multiple functions in the organization, such as:

• Ensuring that the drafts are fair, and teams are balanced as best that we understand.
• The players champion. If there is an issue or a parent has a concern the agent takes the side of the player in any questions.
•  The Softball Player Agent is Jason Mongiovi.
